JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lighthouse (UK) Ltd based in Loughborough, UK is a manufacturing company known for production of label and sign printing materials and supplies of such to over 75% of the Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) companies in United Kingdom. Our services also extend over 30 distributors across length and breadth of Europe. Due to continuous growth in our company, we are looking for an honest, professional, motivated person to fill a vacancy we have for a Sales and Customer Support Trainee/Junior on flexible working hours. The Salary is as for National Minimum Wage with flexible working hours:  9.30 am – 2.30 pm daily between Monday and Friday.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Outbound Business to Business phone calls only
  • Making outbound calls to our customer base
  • Booking appointments for the sales team
  • Updating and maintaining records in our databases
  • Encouraging customers to take up warranties and machine/software upgrades
  • Undertaking general office duties

The candidate must possess these vital qualities:

  • Good standard of grammar/spelling
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn

 No any prior experience is required for Sales and/or Customer Support, training will be provided for the applicants in the following areas:

  • Technical Support
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Role Training
  • Days out
  • IT & Computer Training
  • Phone Training
